PRAYER FOR SALVATION
God loves you so much that He wants to heal every sickness and every disease in your body. God also loves you so completely that He wants to forgive you of all the wrong that you have ever done, so that you may live with Him forever one day in Heaven, and so that you may experience His absolute best here on earth! The Bible says that, "the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." (Rom. 6:23) God has sacrificed His own Son, Who gave His perfect blood as a perfect payment for all of your sins, so that God can find you - not guilty. To recieve God's forgiveness and His gift of eternal life with Him, He requires that you believe in Him and in what He has done for you. The Bible tells us that if we, "confess with our mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in our hearts that God raised Him from the dead, we will be saved." (Rom. 10:9)
Today, you can make Jesus your Savior as well as your Healer, by praying this simple prayer from your heart:
Father God,
I come to You, admitting that I am a sinner. I am sorry for my sin that has separated me from You, and I ask You now to cleanse me from it. I believe that Your Son, Jesus, died on the cross and that He rose again from the dead so that I might be forgiven of my sin and made righteous before You. Today, I receive Jesus as the Savior and the Lord of my life. Jesus, I choose to follow You and ask that you fill me with the power of Your Holy Spirit. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.
Now, I declare that I am free from sin, and full of the righteousness and the life of God. I am a child of God forever!
